چکیده

Due to the frequently changing working conditions and complex operating environment of electric vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), motor parameters change dramatically. However, performance PI current regulator, which is most widely used, sensitive has weak robustness, will lead deterioration control system performance. To address this problem, active disturbance rejection (ADRC) technology applied PMSM loop control. Firstly, traditional ADRC regulator designed, parameter tuning laws extended state observer are analyzed by method frequency domain analysis. Then, algorithm improved in three aspects: observation error compensation, utilization model information anti-windup. After that, simulations bench test validation performed. The simulation results show that more robust face changes. torque step fast dynamic response without overshoot high robustness when change. load, speed change, anti-windup measures designed can effectively overcome integral saturation phenomenon.

A new control scheme for improving disturbance rejection in speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motors

The major hurdle encountered in achieving high performance in servo speed control is the occurrence of large relative errors at low speeds due to torque variations. In this paper, it is shown that this problem can be tackled in the case of synchronous motors, by keeping the stator current and the rotor flux nonorthogonal and including an inner position control loop to improve the transient beha...

MRAS Based Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

Speed and torque controls of permanent magnet synchronous motors are usually attained by the application of position and speed sensors. However, speed and position sensors require the additional mounting space, reduce the reliability in harsh environments and increase the cost of a motor. Therefore, many studies have been performed for the elimination of speed and position sensors. This paper i...
